Booking

The booking can be done through instant booking or enquiry booking depending on Bali Someday services availability. If you wish to place an order for tour available on the service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your order including without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number, Your credit card number, expiration date of Your credit card number and Your billing address.

For every successful booking transaction the user / buyer will get a voucher and receipt payment through email. The voucher is a proof of valid transaction.

Payments

For payments we accept international bank transfers, Credit Card and PayPal. On some occasions we can also collect payment from the guests hotel before the tour ( depending on the date and time of the booking)

PayPal payments can be made without any restriction until 24 hours before the date of the activity

Payment review can take up to 24 hours, where PayPal can still cancel the transaction. As long as the payment has not been received on the PayPal account  the booking is considered as not being paid yet.

Bali Someday will block the requested spaces but payment must be settled by other, means at the time of pick up. In case the PayPal payment is clear shortly afterwards the PayPal payment will directly be 100% refunded by Bali Someday

Payment Security

All payments using credit cards (Visa and Master Card) and Debit cards processed via Payment Gateway as a payment processor secured by International Standard Security Scanning encrypted with 128 bit SSL.

Cancelation And Refund

• Cancellation 1 x 24 Hours before activities will be Refunded 50%

• Cancellation 2 x 24 Hours before activities will Fully Refund.

• We will give full refund or reshcedule if the cancellation based on bad weather or natural disaster
